Dan is a LegalTech veteran and leads Xakia Technologies sales and strategic development across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Having spent decades assisting law firms and building LegalTech that streamlines workflows and increases operational efficiencies and profitability, Dan now helps General Counsel and in-house legal teams in driving forward the same with Xakia.

Brandon draws upon a decade of experience in helping legal teams use technology to optimize their efficiency and impact. He is a creative, right-brained thinker by nature, but balances his approach to legal tech solutions by using the critical thinking skills he refined while obtaining his law degree. Brandon is passionate about building meaningful client relationships and loves using tech to help solve problems (almost as much as he loves music).

Natalie leads Xakia's Global Customer Success function with a simple philosophy: legal teams don't buy software, they buy outcomes - fewer surprises, faster decisions, and data that finally tells the right story. Her job is making sure they get there. Sitting at the intersection of legal operations, SaaS delivery, and commercial growth, Natalie leads the strategy, programs, and relationships that keep legal teams not just using Xakia, but building their entire matter management practice around it. She's equally fluent in the risk language of in-house legal and the adoption language of scalable CS - translating complex client goals into measurable outcomes, and championing client needs internally to shape the Xakia roadmap.

Jillian became involved in the legal field and Xakia because of her passion for helping people. She enjoys assisting clients with continued development and helping problem solve client pain points.
