Tell us a bit about yourself and your experience
I’m a small-town kid and an eternal optimist who loves using tech to solve problems. For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a knack for computers, a sunny disposition, and a curious nature that always had me asking “why” about everything around me.
After earning a J.D., I decided to take a different approach to put my law degree to use. I worked in a law firm setting before moving into LegalTech. Since then, I’ve been dedicated to helping in-house legal teams of all sizes use technology to optimize their efficiency and impact. I’ve been living and breathing all sides of a client’s LegalTech journey during my last four years at Xakia, helping hundreds of in-house legal teams as they embark on their modern legal matter management journey.
When I'm not obsessing over LegalTech, I'm with my family. I'm a father of three children (ages 3, 3, and 1) and a fur-father of two dogs! I also love NFL, my favorite team is the Kansas City Chiefs!

Fun fact about you
I was the 2017 Team MVP of the Kansas City Wolfhounds (Kansas City’s Gaelic Football team), but I decided to hang up the cleats after becoming a dad.

Wrapping presents. 🎁 My wife finds this talent very attractive during the holiday season… or maybe she’s just telling me I’m good at it so she can get out of doing it.
