Xakia Technologies Pty Ltd ABN 93 612 857 593, an Australian proprietary limited company (together with its affiliates, “Xakia”) provides an online matter management service (“the Service”).
The types of personal information we collect

- Your occupation, position description and professional background (such as your expertise and qualifications);

Personal information contained in other sources, for example emails, our client relation management system, and the shareholder database, may be stored through cloud-based systems that are hosted overseas.
