Tell us a bit about yourself and your experience
Hi, I’m Margaret, but everyone calls me Margo! I have over 25 years of experience mainly working in LegalTech as an IT Trainer. I was first as an employee, then started my own training company, prior to moving into a Customer Success role.
Throughout my career I’ve been lucky enough to work on large projects traveling to places I wouldn’t normally have visited, like Kazakhstan and Beijing, to name a couple! 🌏
Prior to Xakia, I worked for the best-in-breed document management software company, NetDocuments, which coincidently integrates with Xakia right out of the box. Now, I support the EMEA customer base at Xakia as a Customer Success Manager based in the UK.
Fun fact about you
I have an extensive lipstick 💄collection, 140 items to be precise! I also love chocolate.
